Themes or headless?
Both. Custom Liquid themes and Shopify Plus for most brands; Hydrogen / headless when you need total control or performance. We'll recommend the right call on our first scoping call — not upsell you.
What does maintenance actually cover?
Priority fixes, new sections and features, theme/app/security updates, speed and Core Web Vitals, SEO health, and monthly reporting — with a real person reachable on WhatsApp. No ticket black holes.
Can you migrate my existing store?
Yes — from WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, BigCommerce or an older Shopify theme. We migrate products, content, URLs and SEO safely, with redirects so you keep your rankings.
How is pricing structured?
